JME Mediation Services

Mediation can save you time and money and help to de-escalate conflict. As the neutral third party, I will facilitate productive dialogue, assist parties in focusing on the real issues of the dispute and identify creative resolutions that will satisfy both parties. With decades of experience as a litigator and skilled active listener, I have a long track record of successfully crafting resolutions for employment and business disputes.

“My company had three different lawsuits against it filed by former employees at various times. One was a PAGA lawsuit and the other two were class action lawsuits. Mr. Epstein did an excellent job through the mediation and settlement process for each of the cases. This resulted in all three cases settling at various times.”

- John T., vice president of a large security company
